Order requests are not a contract of sale. Submitting an order request through this site is a request for Dodson Trading Inc. to confirm availability, price and delivery. It does not create a binding contract of sale until a Dodson representative has confirmed your order with you directly, typically by WhatsApp, phone or email.

Pricing. Where prices are shown, they are indicative and stated in US dollars unless otherwise noted. Final pricing, including any shipping or freight charges, is confirmed by a Dodson representative before any payment is made.

Availability. Stock status shown on the site (in stock, low stock, out of stock, pre-order) is indicative and may change between the time you submit an order request and the time we confirm it.

Delivery. Delivery timelines vary by destination and delivery method (delivery to your address, freight to Guyana, or Free Zone pickup) and are confirmed with you individually.

Limitation of liability. Dodson Trading Inc. is not liable for delays, losses or damages arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including shipping and customs delays.
