What we collect. When you submit an order request or the contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, company (if given), email, phone number, delivery address (if applicable), and any notes or messages you include. We also record basic technical information such as your IP address (stored as a one-way hash, not the raw address), browser type and the page you came from, to help us prevent spam and understand how the site is used.

Why we collect it. We use this information to respond to your order request or enquiry, to confirm price, availability and delivery with you (usually on WhatsApp), and to keep a record of the order for our own accounting and customer service. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

Who sees it. Your order and contact details are visible to Dodson Trading staff who manage orders and enquiries, and are sent by email to the Dodson team member responsible for order fulfilment.

Cookies and analytics. This site may use cookies for basic functionality (such as remembering the contents of your order before you submit it) and, where configured, anonymised analytics to understand site traffic. We do not use these to build advertising profiles.

How long we keep it. We retain order and enquiry records for as long as needed for accounting, warranty and customer service purposes.

Your choices. If you would like a copy of the information we hold about you, or would like it deleted, contact us using the details on our Contact page and we will respond as soon as possible.
